I have simply lost all ability to pay for this property. All of the money I put down has been lost and the property is worth much less then I could sell it for.
My wife is not longer able to work as she is expecting our first child this month and will not be able to make enough money to pay for daycare.
With the loss of her income and the increase in utilities since we purchased the home as well as the increase in gas prices for me to drive to work, we have a negative income each month.
As you can see from our bank statements, we do not have any money left after our last mortgage payment so we will not be able to make our payments anymore.
